What is the return and exchange policy?

Thank you for shopping with us ! what are our policies on returns? all items are final sale unless an item is damaged or you want to exchange size. you need to contact us 9 days after the date of delivery stated in the tracking information.  Our policy lasts 9 days. If 9 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information then we won't be able to accept it. Please contact us as soon as you notice something wrong with your purchase.

we don't do refunds, what we do is exchange of items only if the item was sent damaged, we also accept to exchange size but we don't guarantee your size being in stock, we can't save any items. 


To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 9 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we can’t exchange the item. PLEASE NOTE that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item if its for size, if its for damaged item we will take responsibility.

White items , ANY body suits, bathing suits , SALE ITEMS, Jewelry, Gift cards

Available to return only if :

Items are In the same conditions we send it out. Original tags , no stains, Nothing must be washed or even shrunk , can't have any odor or damaged || shrunk or stretched out. item must be eligible for resale.

To complete your return:
Returns must include original receipt or a note including the following
- Full name the order was placed in / email
- How many items are you returning
- Order number
- Reason to why you are returning the item


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will email you with a code that will have the amount of the price your items you are returning so u can be able to exchange it for something else.

Shipping:
*Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable*

The time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary depending on your location. Please plan ahead for returns in order for them to reach us within the 9 day deadline.

If you are shipping items over $75, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are therefore not responsible for items lost during shipping.
